The applicants must adhere to the following guidelines to be eligible to participate:
They must be between the ages of 16 and 24 to participate, if they are 16 they must have a signed consent form from their parent (s).
- They must not be nor have ever been pregnant.
- Candidates must be of Hispanic heritage or descent.
- They must reside in the Cape Fear area.
- They must not be nor have ever been married.
In order to protect the validity and the purpose of this event we have made simple rules. This is a socially conscious event. It will help showcase the Hispanic/Latino ideals, tradition and culture to the community to enhance womanhood and family values.
*The final decision for participation will be made solely by the Miss Cape Fear Organization
